How long does it take for my order to be handcrafted and shipped?
Each piece is made to order by our artisans. Standard production time is typically 4 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Can I customize a design or provide my own materials?
Yes, we specialize in custom creations. You can choose from our unique materials like whiskey barrel wood, antler, and turquoise, or contact our design team to incorporate your own meaningful materials into a bespoke piece.
What happens if I order the wrong ring size?
We highly recommend getting sized by a professional jeweler before ordering. However, if your ring doesn't fit, we offer resizing services for most designs. Please note that some materials, like wood or stone inlays, may require a full remake at a discounted replacement fee.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Every Staghead Designs piece comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer a protection plan for purchase to cover accidental damage and wear.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our rings are custom-made to your specific size and material preferences, we do not offer full refunds. We do, however, offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy for a percentage of the purchase price, minus a restocking fee.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Sustainability and ethics are core to our process. We use recycled metals whenever possible and ensure that all gemstones and unique organic materials are sourced through reputable, conflict-free suppliers.
